Delivery

We ship orders continuously from our warehouse in Norway. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, so that you receive it without unnecessary waiting time.
When the order is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Freight
All orders are sent with reliable carriers for safe and predictable delivery. We recommend choosing delivery to a pickup point when the temperature is below +5 °C. We also recommend being available to receive the goods for home delivery. This ensures the best possible quality of your items. 

Complaint

If the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please send the order number and pictures.
