AMACO V-336 Royal Blue is a deep and saturated navy blue underglaze at cone 05. It darkens at cone 5 and becomes almost black at cone 10. A clear glaze deepens the color at all temperatures. It can be used without glaze for a matte-velvet look or with a clear glaze for a more intense finish. Fired between 1050–1300°C. Always test on a small sample piece first. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations and use standard precautions when handling glazes.
