Amaco PC- Blue Lagoon has cool blue-green tones that break against a milky green expression and gather in light blue areas over a deep texture. When applied more thickly, the glaze floats up and creates vibrant surface variations, with a play reminiscent of tides in a blue lagoon.
The glaze can give many different expressions depending on the application and combination with other glazes. The end result is affected by layer thickness, clay type and firing, among other things. It is advisable to test the glaze on test pieces before use on finished works, especially when layering. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for firing and temperature for best results.
